If something that I want is sold out, can I request it to be in stock again?
KamanKaman is very enthusiastic about having unique, one of a kind pieces for their customers. Therefore, most likely not.
Can KamanKaman customize-make something upon request?
KamanKaman is very open to ideas. If it is possible, then we will do whatever we can to custom make something for you.
Can the item I am ordering be altered (length, color, etc.)?
It depends on the item. Changing the color is usually not possible, but if you would like us to shorten a bracelet or a necklace to fit you better, it is possible that we do this for our customers.
Is everything really handmade?
Yes! All the items you see on this site had to be assembled by hand. It is all designed by KamanKaman. The glass beads are also hand made by KamanKaman.
Payment
What types of payment method do KamanKaman accept?
KamanKaman accepts payments through paypal. Therefore, you can use your credit card or paypal account. You do not need to be a member of paypal to make a purchase at KamanKaman. It is just like making a purchase at any other online shop.
Shipping Information
How much is shipping?
Shipping anywhere to the U.S. has a flat rate of $4.00. It does not matter how many items you purchase. You will only be charged $4.00 for your entire order.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, KamanKaman will ship overseas. Just send us an email telling us your address, so we can give you an estimate on the shipping price. :)
Where are you shipping from?
All KamanKaman items are shipped from Michigan (United States).
When will you guys ship my stuff?
As soon as possible! It will be shipped within 1-2 USPS business days.
Return Policy
All items are nonrefundable unless it was damaged at the time of arrival or the description of the product did not match the item received.
